Seeking compassionate and reliable Paraprofessionals to support students in specialized educational settings. These opportunities include placements within autism and behavior-based classrooms as well as multiple one-on-one support positions serving students in grades K-8.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about helping students succeed academically, socially, and behaviorally while working in a collaborative school environment.
Available Opportunities:
CHOICES Program
- Small autism and behavior-based classroom setting
- Work directly with students requiring specialized support
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to create a positive learning environment
1:1 Student Support Positions
- Multiple openings available
- Support students in Kindergarten through 8th Grade
- Provide individualized academic, behavioral, and social-emotional assistance
Key Responsibilities
- Support students throughout the school day in classroom and school settings
- Assist with implementing teacher-directed instructional and behavioral plans
- Help students remain engaged and successful in academic activities
- Foster positive social interactions and independent living skills
- Provide behavioral support and redirection when needed
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and related service providers
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment
- Document student progress and communicate effectively with school staff
Qualifications
- Experience working with children, students with disabilities, or behavioral support programs preferred
- Experience in special education, autism support, or behavioral classrooms is highly desirable
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to remain patient, flexible, and professional in a school setting
- Commitment to supporting student growth and success
