Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous experience as a Paraprofessional or in a similar educational support role
• Familiarity with K-12 student support, especially special education environments
• Ability to model patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
• Strong collaborative spirit to work with teachers and staff
• Adaptability in dynamic classroom settings
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct classroom assistance under the guidance of licensed teachers
• Support K-12 students in both group and individualized instructional settings
• Assist with educational activities, behavioral interventions, and classroom management
• Foster a safe and inclusive atmosphere to help students reach their educational goals
• Engage in daily classroom routines as well as special assignments or projects
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to student progress discussions
