Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Experience as a paraprofessional or similar support role in education
• Familiarity with K-12 classroom settings and ability to collaborate with teachers
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide instructional, behavioral, or personal care support to students
• Patience, reliability, and enthusiasm for working with children of diverse backgrounds

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide classroom support under the direction of certified teachers
• Assist students with assignments, activities, and individualized instruction plans
• Monitor student progress and encourage positive behaviors
• Support students with special needs, including implementing accommodations and modifications as directed
• Help maintain a safe, structured classroom environment
• Supervise students during transitions, lunch, or recess as needed
