• Experience as a paraprofessional or in a school support role

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all student interactions

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in classroom activities, supporting lesson plans and student learning
• Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, including those with special needs
• Supervise students in various settings, including the classroom, cafeteria, hallways, and playground
• Help reinforce school and classroom expectations
• Support the creation of an inclusive, engaging environment for all learners
• Collaborate with staff to implement individualized education plans and accommodations
• Employ effective communication with teachers and staff regarding student progress and concerns
