Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a Paraprofessional for a full-time, school-based position in Manteca, CA. This role offers the opportunity to support students in a classroom setting by providing academic, behavioral, and functional assistance throughout the school day.

Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 and/or small group student support
- Assist with classroom instruction, assignments, and daily activities
- Support behavior management and positive student engagement
- Help maintain a structured and supportive learning environment
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to meet student needs
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- Previous school-based or paraprofessional experience preferred
- Ability to work effectively with students with diverse needs

Compensation for this position ranges from $21.00 to $38.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
