Job Description
Now hiring Paraprofessionals, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and Behavior Technicians (BTs) for the 20262027 school year in Lynwoodn, CA. This is a great opportunity to support students in K12 settings through 1:1 and group support within a collaborative school environment.
Location: Lynwood, CA
Positions:
- Paraprofessional
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Behavior Technician (BT)
Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week
Dates: 20262027 School Year (NSY)
Setting: K12; 1:1 and group support
Responsibilities:
Support students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), behavioral needs, and learning disabilities
Assist in both one-on-one and group instructional settings
Implement behavior intervention strategies under supervision
Support students with daily classroom routines and academic engagement
Requirements:
Experience working with children in educational or behavioral settings preferred
Active RBT certification required for RBT role
Comfortable supporting students with behavioral and learning needs
Ability to work collaboratively with school staff and adapt to different classroom environments

Compensation for this position ranges from $21.00 to $38.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
