Qualifications and Experience:
- Prior experience working or volunteering with children or students in an educational setting is highly desirable

- Ability to assist with classroom activities, organization, and behavior management
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional related coursework or current paraprofessional certification is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Support classroom instruction by working one-on-one or in small groups with students
- Assist teachers with lesson preparation, classroom management, and providing a positive learning environment
- Help students with assignments, activities, and social-emotional development
- Supervise students during non-instructional times such as lunch, recess, or transitions
- Implement strategies for a safe and inclusive classroom
- Communicate effectively with teachers, specialists, and school staff to support student needs
