• Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework in education is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers with daily classroom activities and lesson implementation
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, including those with special needs
• Help maintain a safe, organized, and supportive learning environment
• Support students during instructional and non-instructional periods
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to supervising teachers
• Encourage student independence and reinforce positive behaviors
• Perform other duties as assigned by the classroom teacher or school administrator
