Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional for a full-time school-based position in Compton, CA. This role supports students in a structured classroom environment and provides direct academic and behavioral assistance.
Job Details:
- Location: Compton, CA
- Schedule: Full-time, MondayFriday
- Start/End Date: TBD
- Setting: School-based
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 and/or small group student support
- Assist with classroom instruction, activities, and behavior management
- Support student engagement, safety, and daily routines
- Collaborate with teachers and school staff
Important Onboarding Information:
- If offered, candidates must complete full onboarding prior to start
- Includes California fingerprinting clearance

Candidate must be able to pay approximately $80 upfront for fingerprinting
- Reimbursement provided on the 1st or 2nd paycheck

After onboarding and cleared fingerprints, placement may be immediate
- In some cases, candidates may wait 1 week1 month for an available caseload
