We are seeking two dedicated professionals for a contract assignment in Yuba County, working 37.5 hours each week, Monday through Friday. Desired Qualifications:

• Proven experience or training as a paraprofessional within a school or educational setting
• Confidence and comfort working with students with Level 3 Autism or similar intensive needs
• Ability to remain patient, flexible, and professional in high-demand situations
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities with faculty and families
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive classroom atmosphere

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one and small-group assistance to students, adapting instruction as needed
• Collaborate with teaching staff to implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Support students safety, engagement, and participation throughout the school day
• Help manage behaviors with empathy and consistency in very intense caseload settings
• Document progress and share observations with team members
