This contract position begins as soon as possible and continues through early June 2027, with a commitment of 30 hours per week within a single school setting. Key Qualifications:

• Valid Ed Tech Certification required
• Experience or strong interest in working with early childhood/Pre-K age groups
• Flexibility, reliability, and enthusiasm for contributing to classroom success
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers and other staff
• Strong interpersonal communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct instructional and behavioral support to Pre-K students
• Assist lead teachers with classroom activities and individualized student needs
• Implement lesson plans as directed by educational staff
• Foster a welcoming, inclusive environment for all learners
• Support students with daily routines, transitions, and social-emotional development
• Maintain confidentiality and composure in a dynamic classroom setting
• Participate in team meetings and professional development as needed
