As a paraprofessional, you will have the opportunity to work regular school hours37.5 hours per week, Monday through Fridayhelping students reach their potential within an inclusive and supportive environment. Your knowledge and experience will be a valuable asset as you provide direct classroom assistance, foster positive student engagement, and reinforce key learning concepts.

Qualifications:

• Current paraprofessional certification for the state of Massachusetts
• Demonstrated experience or training working with children or adolescents in academic settings
• Comfort supporting K-12 students with varying academic and behavioral needs
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Professional, patient, and flexible attitude

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers with instructional activities and classroom management
• Provide individualized or small-group support to students as directed by certified staff
• Support students with diverse learning needs, including those with IEPs or 504 plans
• Help create a safe, respectful, and encouraging school climate
• Track student progress and participate in team meetings as needed
