Sunbelt is working with a school district in Lawrence, Massachusetts that is hiring a full-time Paraprofessional for the 20252026 school year. This is a school-based position supporting students across a K12 setting with classroom instruction, behavior support, and daily learning activities.
About the role
This position supports students throughout the school day by helping with instruction, maintaining classroom structure, and providing consistent behavior support. Youll work alongside teachers to support both academic progress and student engagement.

Experience working with children preferred but not required
Ability to support academic and behavioral needs in a school environment
