This contract opportunity near Lapeer, MI is perfect for skilled professionals passionate about education, behavioral support, and helping children succeed. Work alongside educators in diverse classroom settings, delivering one-on-one or small-group assistance for a range of student needsincluding cognitive and emotional impairments as well as general education support. Flexibility is key, as placements can vary based on grade level and classroom type, and you may provide health aide services such as toileting or diapering when working with cognitively impaired students. Hours are full-time (37.5 per week), scheduled between 7:15 am3:15 pm or 8:15 am4:15 pm depending on location.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Experience as an ABA therapist, paraprofessional, or working in an ABA school setting
• Flexibility to work across both self-contained and general education classrooms with mild to severe needs
• Ability to assist with personal care tasks as necessary
• Meet one of the following educational requirements: At least 60 semester hours of college credit (official transcripts required),
  Associate degree or higher,
  ETS Parapro Assessment score 460+,
  SAT: Evidence-based reading/writing 480+, math 530+
• Willingness to provide transcripts and participate in a virtual interview
