Key Qualifications:

  • Experience working as a paraprofessional or teacher assistant in a school environment
  • Understanding of and sensitivity to the needs of students with autism, emotional support requirements, or multiple disabilities
  • Ability to adapt teaching strategies and provide classroom support under teacher supervision
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel to assigned locations as needed
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications (where applicable) are a plus
