Role Snapshot
- Provide one-on-one support for students with behavioral challenges
- Implement ABA strategies and behavior intervention plans
- Assist students with transitions, routines, and classroom participation
- Document behavior data and communicate with team members
Required Qualifications
- Valid RBT certification
- Experience with autism spectrum disorder and behavioral support preferred
- Ability to work in a team-oriented school environment
