Key Qualifications:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide support to lead teachers by assisting with instructional tasks and classroom management
• Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere for all students
• Offer one-on-one or small group assistance as directed
• Help implement individualized education plans (IEPs) as needed
• Supervise students during non-instructional times, including lunch or transitions
• Maintain organization of classroom materials and supplies
• Assist with tracking student progress and reporting any concerns to the appropriate staff
