Desired Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Paraeducator I or Paraeducator II Certification
• Prior experience supporting students with a range of strengths, abilities, and needs preferred
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Demonstrated organizational aptitude
• Cooperative, solution-oriented approach to working with others
• Motivated to engage constructively as part of a dynamic team
• Comfortable utilizing computers and assistive technology as directed

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers and specialized staff (including Special Education Teacher/Case Manager, Speech Language Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, Psychologist, and Consultants) in providing targeted educational support
• Implement designated lesson plans under the guidance of instructional and support personnel
• Contribute actively to the learning environment with reliable follow-through on assigned activities
• Maintain confidentiality and support a positive, inclusive atmosphere for all students
• Encourage and motivate students to engage, learn, and reach their potential
• Use technology and assistive tools as needed to support students with diverse needs
