Qualifications:

• Experience working with elementary-aged children in a school setting
• Background in implementing behavioral plans or working with behavioral support programs
• Active Paraprofessional license required; RBT, CNA, or LPN license also accepted
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families
• Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Responsibilities:

• Work one-on-one or in small groups with students requiring behavioral supports
• Implement individualized behavioral plans under the guidance of school professionals
• Support teachers in classroom management and academic activities
• Help foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment
• Participate in team meetings and school trainings as needed
• Maintain student confidentiality and uphold professional standards
