A full-time paraprofessional position is available for the current school year, offering an opportunity to support students across all grade levels in a K-12 educational setting. This role requires a professional comfortable working with a diverse age range and dedicated to fostering a positive learning environment.

Location: Keene, NH
Duration: Contract through June 2026
Hours: Full-time, approximately 32.5 to 35 hours per week
School Level: K-12

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in delivering educational instruction and supporting classroom activities for students from kindergarten through grade 12
• Provide flexible support tailored to the needs of varying age groups and individual student requirements
• Monitor and assist students during lessons, ensuring engagement and understanding
• Help implement behavior management strategies and promote a safe, supportive learning environment
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to adapt instructional materials and strategies
• Maintain communication with teachers to report on student progress and challenges

Qualifications and Experience:

• Prior experience working in a school environment is a must
• Ability to work flexibly across multiple age groups and grade levels
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Patience, reliability, and a commitment to student success
• Ability to work full-time hours consistently throughout the academic year
