• Ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents effectively
• Willingness to undergo background screening, as required by school regulations

Key Responsibilities:

• Support classroom instruction under the supervision of certified teachers
• Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students, reinforcing lessons and offering encouragement
• Assist with classroom management and help foster a positive learning environment
• Aid students with special needs, adhering to IEPs or other learning plans
• Supervise students during classroom activities, transitions, and occasional field trips
• Prepare materials, set up activities, and organize learning resources as directed by teaching staff
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and behavioral observations
