• Assist with classroom management and maintain a safe, positive learning environment
• Work with students to enhance understanding of materials and help them meet their goals
• Support students with special needs as directed by classroom or special education teacher
• Prepare and organize learning materials and classroom resources
• Help supervise students during transitions, lunch, recess, or on field trips
• Communicate regularly with teaching staff and contribute observations to assist in student progress
