Responsibilities:

• Support classroom teachers with instructional activities and classroom management
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to reinforce lessons and encourage engagement
• Assist in preparing materials, organizing resources, and maintaining an orderly classroom
• Provide support for students with special needs, helping to implement individualized education plans as directed
• Monitor student progress and behavior, offering encouragement and reporting observations to teachers
