Key Responsibilities:

• Assist lead teachers with classroom activities and lesson implementation
• Provide extra support to students who may need help academically, socially, or behaviorally
• Support individual or small group learning either in the classroom or in pull-out settings
• Help implement individualized education and behavior plans as directed by certified staff
• Maintain an organized, positive classroom environment
• Supervise students during transitions, lunch, recess, or other non-classroom activities as needed
