Qualifications and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or paraprofessional certification preferred
• Proven reliability and professionalism in educational settings
• Adaptability to various learning environments and student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Support classroom instruction by assisting with lessons and activities under teacher guidance
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with learning, behavioral, or physical needs
• Help maintain a safe, respectful, and productive environment for all students
• Assist with classroom organization, educational materials, and student supervision
• Communicate observations and student progress to teachers and school staff
• Foster a positive attitude that contributes to the school community
