- Flexibility, patience, and a proactive approach in fast-paced educational settings
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certification preferred
Responsibilities:
- Support lead teachers in classroom instruction and activities

- Assist in implementing lesson plans and adapting materials for diverse learners
- Monitor student progress and provide input on academic and behavioral performance
