Desired Qualifications:

• Current Substitute Certification on DESE, or passing Parapro exam results and diploma on file
• Experience working in school settings, with a focus on behavioral support
• Ability to show flexibility and willingness to adjust assignments as needed
• Valid fingerprint clearance for Missouri school districts (candidates are responsible for fingerprinting costs)
• Reliable personal transportation
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

Responsibilities:
