Key Qualifications:

• Active Substitute Certification (SUB cert) registered with DESE
• Completion of fingerprinting (district-specific process required)
• Reliable transportation to ensure consistent attendance
• Demonstrated experience in schools and with behavioral needs
• Strong communication, collaboration, and adaptability skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist a designated student 1:1, implementing individualized support plans
• Work closely with teachers and school staff to foster a positive, inclusive learning atmosphere
• Support student engagement, address behavioral needs, and encourage skill development
• Document progress and communicate updates to the educational team as needed
• Uphold school guidelines and maintain confidentiality at all times

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM 4:25 PM, with the contract running through the end of October. This allows you to contribute meaningfully while maintaining a consistent routine.
