Key Qualifications:

• Valid Texas paraprofessional credential or certification required
• Prior experience in a school setting or with children is a plus

Position Details:

• Full-time: 37.5 hours per week, 5 days per week
• Work directly with students ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade
• Support classroom instruction and provide one-on-one or small group guidance
• Assist with behavior management, classroom organization, and the implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families
• Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment
