Now hiring Paraprofessionals for the 20262027 school year near Hershey, PA. This is a great hiring opportunity with a supportive district looking to build a strong team of classroom aides across multiple schools.
Location: Hershey, PA
Position: Paraprofessional
Schedule: 35 hours/week
Dates: August 31, 2026 June 10, 2027
Setting: Primarily Autism Support / Special Education (Elementary, Middle, and High School)
Daily Hours:
- Elementary: 8:35 AM 4:05 PM
- Middle/High School: 7:25 AM 2:55 PM
Responsibilities:
- Support students in autism and special education classrooms
- Assist with academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
- Provide 1:1 and small group support as needed
- Help maintain a structured and supportive classroom environment
- Additional caseload details will be provided closer to the start of the school year
Requirements:
- High School Diploma REQUIRED
- CPR & First Aid certification REQUIRED prior to start (can be obtained after signing)
- Must be comfortable working in autism support and special education settings
- Flexible and open to assigned caseload (details provided closer to start date)
Additional Details:
- Offer is made directly after a brief pre-screen call (NO formal interview required)
- Must be available for a quick pre-screen call prior to offer
- Training provided by district
