- Previous experience as a paraprofessional, especially within school settings
- Ability to provide both one-on-one and group support for students
- Familiarity with strategies for supporting learners with behavioral and learning differences
- Strong communication skills with both students and staff

Primary responsibilities:
- Deliver targeted support to students in academic and behavioral interventions
- Aid classroom teachers in implementing individualized educational plans
- Foster an encouraging learning environment for students with a range of support needs
- Assist with day-to-day classroom activities and promote positive student engagement
- Monitor student progress and provide input to instructional teams
