Sunbelt is partnering with a school district in the Harrisburg, Pennsylvania area that is seeking a full-time Paraprofessional for the upcoming school year. This is a school-based position supporting students in the classroom with academics, behavior, and daily routines.

Responsibilities:
Support students during classroom instruction and activities
Assist with behavior support and redirection as needed
Work with students 1:1 and in small group settings
Help reinforce teacher instruction and classroom expectations
Support daily routines and student engagement
Requirements:
High school diploma required
Experience working with children preferred but not required
Ability to support academic and behavioral needs in a school setting
