Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Paraprofessionals to provide classroom support for students in a school setting. This role involves assisting with both academic and behavioral support, including implementing behavior strategies to help students succeed both academically and socially.
Responsibilities:
- Provide student support within the classroom
- Assist with classroom activities and instructional support
- Implement behavior intervention plans and support autism programs
- Support behavior management and daily routines
- Collaborate with teachers and school staff
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required
- Experience working with children in a school setting preferred
- Experience with behavioral support and intervention strategies preferred
- CPR & First Aid Certification
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Position Details:
- Location: Harrisburg, PA
- Schedule: MondayFriday, full-time (35 hours/week)
- Start Date: August 31, 2026
- End Date: June 10, 2027
- Setting: Elementary, Middle, or High School
