Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable paraprofessional to support students in both 1:1 and small group settings within a school environment. This role focuses on working with special education students to promote academic, social, and behavioral success.
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students in classroom settings.
- Assist with academic tasks, reinforcing lessons and helping students stay engaged.
- Support students with behavioral needs using structured strategies and positive reinforcement.
- Help develop communication, social, and daily living skills.
- Collaborate with teachers and school staff to maintain a safe, structured learning environment.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with students with ASD or behavioral needs
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A willingness to complete agency onboarding in 1-2 weeks
- PA state clearances preferred
