Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable paraprofessional to support students in both 1:1 and small group settings within a school environment. This role focuses on working with special education students to promote academic, social, and behavioral success.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one and small group support to students in classroom settings.
  • Assist with academic tasks, reinforcing lessons and helping students stay engaged.
  • Support students with behavioral needs using structured strategies and positive reinforcement.
  • Help develop communication, social, and daily living skills.
  • Collaborate with teachers and school staff to maintain a safe, structured learning environment.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with students with ASD or behavioral needs
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A willingness to complete agency onboarding in 1-2 weeks
  • PA state clearances preferred
