Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable full-time paraprofessional in Harrisburg, PA to support classroom instruction and student development. This role involves working closely with teachers and staff to create a positive and productive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers with daily classroom activities and lesson implementation
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students
- Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a structured environment
- Support students with diverse learning needs
- Monitor student progress and communicate observations to teachers
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required
- Prior experience working with children or in an educational setting is a plus
- Communication and interpersonal skills
