Job Description

Paraprofessional (School-Based)

We are seeking a compassionate Paraprofessional to support students in a school setting. This role involves providing 1:1 and small group support to help students succeed academically, socially, and behaviorally.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support.
  • Assist with classroom instruction and daily activities.
  • Support behavior management and IEP implementation.
  • Encourage student engagement and document progress.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of paraprofessional experience.
  • One of the following:
  • 48+ college credit hours
  • Associate's degree or higher
  • Valid Paraprofessional Certification
  • Candidates without the above must obtain a Paraprofessional Certification within 60 days of hire.
