This opportunity is ideal for compassionate, resourceful individuals passionate about making a difference in students livesespecially those with experience in toileting assistance, behavioral support, and working with non-English speaking learners.

You will collaborate closely with educators to facilitate an inclusive classroom environment and provide hands-on support tailored to each students unique needs.

Required Qualifications:

• Completion of at least 60 college credits, an associate degree or higher, or a passing score on the ParaPro Assessment
• Previous experience assisting with toileting and supporting behavioral needs
• Experience working with students who are non-English speakers
• Updated resume
• Two professional references (with at least one from a supervisory role)

Key Responsibilities:

• Support classroom teachers by assisting with daily instructional activities
• Provide direct, individualized support to students, including those requiring toileting and behavioral assistance
• Facilitate communication and participation for students with limited English proficiency
• Adapt strategies under teacher guidance to enhance student engagement and learning
• Contribute to a positive, supportive classroom climate for learners of all abilities

Role Details:

• Onsite, contract position
• Available immediately through June 18, 2027
• 32.5 hours per week
• Openings available for three dedicated professionals
