Key qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience working in a school setting
  • High school diploma (required; no additional para certifications necessary)
  • Ability to provide three professional references, including your most recent manager, prior to interview consideration
  • Flexibility and willingness to support both individual students and classroom needs

Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers in delivering instruction and managing classroom activities
  • Offer dedicated support in one-on-one and group scenarios
  • Contribute to a positive educational environment, encouraging student participation and achievement
  • Collaborate with faculty and staff to support students diverse learning needs

This opportunity offers a structured workweek of 32.5 hoursMonday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with a 30-minute unpaid lunchspanning the school year from September 1, 2026, to June 16, 2027. Compensation aligns with contract expectations for this setting.
