Job Description
A full-time paraprofessional position is available at a K-12 school in Gilbertsville, PA. This onsite role is ideal for professionals with experience in educational settings or Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), supporting students across all grade levels.
Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in delivering instructional support to K-12 students
- Implement educational activities and behavior intervention plans as directed
- Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students requiring additional support
- Monitor and document student progress and behavior
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to promote a positive learning environment
Qualifications:
- Experience working as a paraprofessional in schools preferred
- Familiarity with ABA techniques or experience within educational environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
