Desired Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional or in similar classroom support roles
• Familiarity with classroom management and working alongside educators
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students and staff
• Ability to adapt to various instructional approaches and student needs
• Flexibility to work in different school settings, as assigned

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct instructional and behavioral support to students under the guidance of certified teaching staff
• Assist with the implementation of lesson plans and classroom activities
• Support students with academic tasks, social-emotional learning, and positive behavior interventions
• Adapt to the needs of elementary, middle, or high school classrooms as assigned
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and productive learning environment
• Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and other support staff to maximize student learning
