Join a collaborative school team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) providing direct support to students with behavioral and developmental needs. This is a full-time role offering consistent hours and meaningful, hands-on work.
Role Overview
- Provide one-on-one behavioral support throughout the school day
- Implement ABA-based intervention strategies
- Assist students with classroom routines, transitions, and participation
- Track behavior data and communicate with team members
Required Qualifications
- Active RBT certification
- Experience supporting individuals with autism or behavioral challenges preferred
- Ability to work in a structured, team-oriented environment
- Dependable and adaptable
