Role Responsibilities
- Assist students with behavioral and social skill development
- Follow structured support plans and classroom routines
- Reinforce positive behavior and redirect challenging behaviors
- Help students stay engaged and on task throughout the school day
- Collect basic data and communicate with supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Background in childcare, education, or support roles preferred
- Interest in ABA, psychology, or working with students with special needs
- Reliable, patient, and able to work in a team setting
