Job Description
We are hiring dependable and motivated Paraprofessionals for both full-time and substitute/per diem opportunities in a school setting. In this role, youll provide one-on-one and small group support, helping students stay engaged, build essential skills, and navigate their day within a structured classroom environment. Flexible scheduling options are available based on your availability and preferences.
Responsibilities:
- Support students during instruction, activities, and transitions throughout the school day
- Reinforce lessons and provide additional assistance based on individual learning needs
- Help manage classroom behavior and maintain consistent routines
- Observe and track student progress, sharing updates with the educational team
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure consistent, coordinated support
Qualifications:
- Experience working with students or in a school/support setting preferred
- Ability to follow direction and work effectively as part of a team
- Willingness to complete district and agency onboarding within one week of joining

Compensation for this position ranges from $21.00 to $38.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
