Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Previous experience working with children or in a school setting is preferred
  • Ability to work effectively 1:1 or as a classroom assistant

  • Flexibility, patience, and a proactive approach to daily challenges

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized or small group support to students according to established instructional goals
  • Assist lead teachers with classroom management and implementation of lesson plans
  • Adapt support strategies to meet students unique needs, ensuring a safe and productive learning atmosphere
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff as needed
  • Encourage student participation and independence in learning activities
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold school policies and procedures
