Job Description

Your expertise and compassion will help create a safe, productive environment focused on each learner's success. Most assignments are in locations such as El Dorado Hills, Shingle Springs, Placerville, and Camino, where youll work closely with experienced educators and be part of a dynamic support network.

Preferred background and qualifications:

  • Valid, active CPI and CPR certifications are required
  • Experience supporting students with high behavioral needs, preferably in mod-severe classroom settings
  • Adaptability to work both one-on-one and in group classrooms
  • Strong communication and de-escalation skills
  • Positive, nurturing attitude and patience when facing challenges

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing direct support to students with behavioral or educational challenges
  • Implementing behavior intervention strategies as needed
