Full-Time | 37.5 Hours Per Week
We are seeking Paraprofessionals for a full-time school-based position in the Flint, Michigan area. This role will provide direct 1:1 and classroom support to students with a variety of academic, behavioral, and functional needs.
Position Details
- ASAP start through June 11, 2027
- 37.5 hours per week
- Schedule may be 7:15 AM-3:15 PM or 8:15 AM-4:15 PM depending on school assignment
- Opportunities across all grade levels
- Potential 1:1 or classroom-based assignment
- Support students in severe, resource, self-contained, or mild-moderate settings
- Must be flexible regarding caseload and assignment type
- May assist with daily living needs, including toileting/diapering when supporting students with cognitive impairments
- Virtual interview process
Requirements
Candidates must meet at least one of the following:
- 60+ semester hours of college credit, with official university transcripts
- Associate degree or higher
- ETS ParaPro Assessment score of 460+
- SAT score of 480+ Evidence-Based Reading/Writing and 530+ Math
Official transcripts or qualifying assessment documentation will be required before submission.
