Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Prior experience working with children or in an educational setting
• Ability to follow teacher direction and individualized student plans
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional relevant coursework or paraeducator certification is a plus
• Comfortable working both one-on-one and in small groups with students
• Willingness to assist with basic instructional and classroom management duties

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide instructional support and encouragement to students under the supervision of certified staff
• Help implement lesson plans, modifying materials for accessibility as needed
• Assist students with assignments, classwork, and routines
• Support students who may require additional assistanceacademically, behaviorally, or socially
• Contribute to the classrooms safe, inclusive, and supportive atmosphere
• Help monitor and manage classroom activities and transitions
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold school safety standards at all times
• Participate in professional development and ongoing training as assigned
