Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting a vibrant elementary school community close to Exeter, NH. This position focuses on making a meaningful difference in the life of a kindergarten student through dedicated one-on-one support for the 2026/2027 school year, with an immediate start and guaranteed hours through June 2027.

As a valued paraprofessional, youll provide essential assistance to a 6-year-old kindergarten student, leveraging your knowledge of positive behavior strategies in a school setting. While RBT certification isnt required, your expertise and experience supporting young children with behavioral needs will be essential. Youll work collaboratively within the school environment, partnering closely with teachers and specialists to help your student thrive.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven school-based experience providing behavioral support to elementary-aged children
  • Ability to effectively implement individualized interventions and behavior plans
  • Familiarity with special education settings and protocols
  • Strong communication skills and a compassionate, flexible approach
  • Dependability, adaptability, and an eagerness to support students growth

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver one-on-one assistance throughout the school day, supporting academic and behavioral development
