Ten Paraprofessionals are currently needed for a contract opportunity working across a mix of classroom and 1:1 student support roles. This is an excellent chance to build your experience in education and develop meaningful connections with students and staffall with no extra certifications or degrees required beyond a high school diploma.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Proof of high school diploma required
- Previous experience working in schools or with children is preferred
- Comfortable engaging with students in both classroom and individualized support settings
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and administrators
- Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality
- Must provide three completed references, including your most recent manager, before interviewing
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with academic and behavioral goals in classroom or 1:1 settings
- Work alongside teachers to implement lesson plans and classroom activities
- Assist with organization, transitions, and student engagement throughout the school day
- Foster a positive, inclusive environment for all learners
- Monitor student progress and communicate observations to instructional teams
- Provide assistance with daily routines and tasks as needed
This contract position runs from September 1, 2026, through June 16, 2027, with weekly hours totaling 32.5 per week. Middle and high school schedules vary slightly to align with building hours, allowing you to enjoy afternoons free after school dismisses.
