Key Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in education or related field a plus

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide classroom support alongside teachers to ensure students receive individualized attention
• Assist students with academic tasks, social skills, and classroom routines
• Support the implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and other learning plans
• Supervise students in classrooms, hallways, and during activities or transitions
• Help maintain a safe, welcoming, and productive learning environment
• Foster positive student engagement and encourage independence
• Collaborate with educators to adapt materials and activities for different learning needs
