Sunbelt Staffing is partnering with a school district in Harrisburg, PA to hire multiple Paraprofessionals for the 20262027 school year. This is a great opportunity to secure a role early, with a streamlined hiring process.

Job Details:

  • Location: Harrisburg, PA
  • Schedule: Full-time, 35 hours/week
  • Start Date: August 31, 2026
  • End Date: June 10, 2027
  • Openings: 50
  • School Assignment: 1 school

Schedule Options:

  • Elementary: 8:35 AM 4:05 PM
  • Middle/High School: 7:25 AM 2:55 PM

Position Details:

  • Caseloads typically include students in autism support programs
  • Specific assignments provided closer to the start of the school year
  • Ability to indicate grade-level or program preference
  • Provide 1:1 and/or small group support
  • Assist with classroom activities, behavior management, and student engagement

Requirements:

  • High school diploma (required)
  • CPR & First Aid certification (can be obtained after signing)
  • Previous school-based experience preferred

Additional Information:

  • Candidates will complete a brief pre-screen call prior to submission
